In January 2025, my partner Carina Loweth and I created a unique space on the Patreon platform.

Our aim is to bring together all those who, like you, have been touched either by listening to my podcast or by my online presence and the ‘shorts’ I share on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, and to offer them free content or paid programmes in this new space that are as affordable as possible, in addition to the personalised support that we offer elsewhere.

This is how the programme ‘RRR’ came about: Résistance | Réveil | Révolution – Magic formulas for your inner revolution, in which we offer a magic formula every week and an audio podcast dedicated to each formula, in addition to a monthly webinar lasting two hours.

These magic formulas were devised with Carina to synthesise the essence of our work as coaches. It is an invitation to come and train with us every week in our mental and spiritual gym and develop your infinite potential for inner revolution in the direction of calm, peace and joy in every moment of your life.

You can join the platform at any level (and leave at any time with no long-term commitment):

– Free: you have access to content and exclusives as and when we inspire you. For example, the ‘Réveil en Douce’ episodes a few days ahead of publication on the platforms, previews of forthcoming retreats or events, etc…

– €5/month: each month you can come and ask a question which Carina & I will answer personally via an audio or video file shared with this tier.

– €22/month: in addition to the previous level, you’ll have access to the magic formulas in the RRR programme (there’s one more every week), and the exclusive audio podcasts that go with them.

– €33/month: in addition to the previous levels, you can join (or review the recording of) the two-hour webinar that we organise on the last Sunday of each month at 8.30 pm. This webinar is a special, unique and valuable space for sharing and exchange, during which time is reserved for ‘conversation rooms’: we divide the participants into groups of two or three in ‘dyad’ mode, i.e. ‘deep listening’ and ‘open-hearted sharing’, an exceptional and rare way to get a taste of each other.
